How can I become an endorsed talent partner?

Start by submitting an interest form.

We’ll follow up to ask you about your overall program, as well as:

– Ability to drive employment in family sustaining jobs
– Ensuring job training and transferable credentials
– How you meet the needs of Black talent
– Program costs and accessibility

Who will pay for job seekers' training and development programs?

You’ll charge OneTen employers for training in the same way you charge companies you work with today.

If you have multiple pricing options, choose the most appropriate one for the services the employer needs.

How can OneTen support my program?

As part of the OneTen talent network, you’ll have the opportunity to:

– Connect with more employers who can fund programs and hire participants
– Access marketing and communication support for engaging Black talent
– Track, measure and move toward your goals with the OneTen team
– Connect Black talent with wraparound services to support their success

What industries are the jobs in?

Your candidates can expect to find job opportunties through OneTen in IT, finance, healthcare, hospitality, advanced manufacturing, construction, marketing and other vocational industries.

Where are OneTen employers hiring?

OneTen employers are hiring in key markets across the United States. Beginning in January of 2022, OneTen will launch in Dallas, followed by Raleigh and Durham, Cleveland, Minneapolis and St. Paul, and Philadelphia.

How many jobs will be available when program participants complete their training?

Available jobs will vary, but are expected to be proportionate to your program or orgranization size. Expect demand to increase over time as the number of OneTen employers grows.

How much will the jobs pay?

As of 2021, a family-sustaining wage ranges between $58K – $90K and above depending on a person’s location. That wage is calculated by the MIT Living Wage calculator.

Can I refer other employers to join OneTen?

Yes. Send them to our website, where they can share information about their company through the Interest Form. 

Do we need to work with OneTen if we already have a relationship with a OneTen employer?

No. You can keep working with the employer as usual. It will not affect how you connect with potential talent or employers.

When will the jobs marketplace launch?

Our online jobs marketplace where talent will be able to match with jobs and training programs will launch in early 2022.
