Dow Apprenticeship Details
Designed to provide hands-on experience, the Dow apprenticeship program offers talent hands-on work experience in Dow’s chemical plants while attending community college to earn a company-paid Associate’s degree.
The apprenticeship program spans 2–3 years and includes paid tuition, wages, and benefits, with apprentices receiving guidance from a dedicated Program Leader. Upon program completion, participants will be strongly considered for full-time employment at Dow.
