OneTen’s newly released 2024 Impact Report, "Delivering a Skills-First Future: From Intent to Impact," showcases our progress in working with a coalition of leading U.S. companies to shift towards skills-first practices.
In 2024, OneTen’s work underscored that implementing skills-based practices isn’t just aspirational—it’s an actionable, powerful strategy for building more agile, inclusive workforces and unlocking opportunities for America’s talent without four-year degrees.
Our latest annual impact report highlights significant progress, including more than 158,000 hires and promotions, resulting in over $21 billion in family-sustaining wages for individuals without four-year degrees. Key achievements include advancing innovative skills-first approaches—such as the OneTen Jobs Engine for efficiently identifying recredentialing opportunities, the Soft Skills Finder for uncovering individuals' durable skills and strengths, and a skills taxonomy that maps technical and soft skills to job archetypes to enable precision talent matching. The report also highlights the release of new research and skills-first implementation guides to support employers in scaling skills-based practices, along with the expansion of strategic partnerships to increase access to skilled talent.
