This year’s report highlights significant progress, including over 122,000 hires and promotions, resulting in more than $12 billion in family-sustaining wages for talent without four-year degrees.

Key achievements include the launch of an AI-powered Jobs Engine to streamline skills-first hiring and a Skills-First Scorecard to track members’ progress. With custom support strategies and thought leadership, OneTen continues to create a more inclusive and productive workforce.
